After Artemis’s death, wouldn’t Dick have to produce a corpse? To get buried?

And like… Where would he get a fake one? Did he go all animated UTRH movie and spring for high-end latex like Ra’s? But wouldn’t someone see it and notice? There’s like, so many paranoid hero-y people around him. Or was everyone just like, WE TRUST YOU BUDDY SHE’S TOTALLY DEAD WE ACCEPT IT AND WON’T BOTHER. Or did he go for a real one and grab another charm from Zatanna to make it look like Artemis? (Gosh that would be even more awkward to ask for.)

But in all seriousness: I think he’d be able to figure something out, in regards to both the body and the questions surrounding her death (though I imagine convincing people out of an autopsy was interesting… maybe he talked to Leslie Thompkins or something). He’s the apprentice of the Batman—I feel he’s capable of handling this…

But I wouldn’t be surprised if he was really creeped out during the entire process—I would be.
